Welcome to our Internal Information Channel
PESCAPUERTA, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, has developed and implemented the internal information management system, and as part of this system it has introduced an internal information channel, available to anyone who wishes to report possible irregularities and acts of corruption in a confidential and protected manner.
The purpose of this channel is twofold: on the one hand, to enable the persons referred to in Article 3 of the Law to communicate information on serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, set out in Article 2 of the Law, that they may have gathered in an employment or professional context; and on the other hand, to protect these persons against possible reprisals.
In accordance with the principles of transparency and safeguards enshrined in the law, this channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person lodging the complaint, as well as the prohibition of reprisals and the protection against adverse consequences arising from disclosure. All reports received will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, complying with protection regulations. The necessary steps shall be taken to investigate and sanction any reported breaches of rules or acts of corruption in a fair and effective manner.
This channel provides people with a safe and trusted space where they can voice their concerns and contribute to the fight against corruption. Through this channel, anybody with relevant information on possible regulatory violations or corrupt acts is invited to come forward and testify in a responsible manner.
Whistleblowing can be done with identification of the whistleblower or anonymously. If you wish to remain anonymous, simply tick the ‘Anonymous Complaint’ box.
