The 25th International Frozen Seafood Exhibition was held in Vigo on 1, 2 and 3 October. One of the biggest trade fairs in the world promoting the transition of aquatic food towards responsible food systems.
A benchmark in Europe, it serves as a meeting point for the entire processing industry to promote sector unity: wholesalers, importers, exporters, processors, manufacturers, distributors, refrigerators, machinery and auxiliary industry. Strengthening international competitiveness and the visibility of the frozen-seafood sector.
The companies it represents have a combined annual turnover of more than 11.9 billion euros and employ 20,100 people. In fact, the exhibition has an economic impact of more than 60 million euros. A figure that would increase if the venue were expanded.
