Supplier Code of Conduct
Aware of the importance of transparency and the management of our supply chain, the Group has developed a Supplier Code of Conduct to regulate the ethical behaviour of all the suppliers we deal with.

Aware of the importance of transparency and the management of our supply chain, the Group has developed a Supplier Code of Conduct to regulate the ethical behaviour of all the suppliers we deal with.
Pescapuerta and its group of companies are firmly committed to integrity, accountability and transparency in all areas of the Company’s activities. For this reason, a Crime Prevention Plan (CPP) has been developed over recent years for its application in the company. The plan is reviewed and updated constantly, and it has culminated in the approval of a number of documents that make up its core (Code of Conduct, Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Committee and Ethics Channel Manual).
The purpose of these documents is to establish internal rules, protocols and guidelines for conduct governing the behaviour of all persons, managers and employees forming part of Pescapuerta and its group of companies, as well as third parties related to the group in their professional activity. The Crime Prevention Plan is, therefore, more than just a tool for good corporate governance: it’s a philosophy on which we base our day-to-day activities.
In this section you can find a downloadable triptych summarising the goal of the CPP of Pescapuerta and its Group, as well as how to manage the Plan.
Likewise, anybody interested in obtaining a full copy of any CPP protocol can do so by sending a request to our CPP Supervision Committee at comitesupervision@pescapuerta.es.
The Pescapuerta Group is committed to protecting the environment, conserving natural resources, managing waste and all other environmental aspects affected by its activities.
The Group has been working for years on minimising its impacts and efficiently managing available resources, as well as applying this principle to the group’s suppliers.
Water
EThe Group has managed to reduce its annual water consumption thanks to recent measures. The aim is to continue reducing it through optimising processes and reuse, without affecting the quality and safety of its products, such as improving the quality of final discharges.
Materials and packaging
Promoting other actions in its daily activity and among its packaging suppliers:
Emissions and climate change
Improved process efficiency and climate change mitigation through investing in efficient and low-carbon technologies, participating in national or sectoral programmes on efficient energy systems.
Responsible Fishing
Rationalisation of the fishing industry and environmental commitment is one of the Group’s strategic pillars. We work ethically, complying with legal requirements and international fisheries measures, such as minimum sizes, biological rest periods and stoppages, and selective fishing gear to ensure the preservation of fishing grounds.
